With over 25 years’ experience in corporate training, learning and development consultancy and RTO management, Elisa is recognised as a VET Leader and committed to providing powerful, customised and targeted programs relevant to industry. Significant and relevant Qualifications include BA Sci (Psychology); Grad Dip Ed (Higher & Further), Grad Cert Mgmt together with relevant VET based qualifications in Training and Assessment and Management.
Christel Magorian
Business Services Manager
Christel is an experienced logistics manager and bookkeeper. Christel manages all client reporting and scheduling for Pivot and Mine Training Australia.
Warren Uyen
Specialist Mining Consultant
Warren is a Mining Engineer with over 30 years of experience in the mining industry in Australia and Asia. Warren currently is the Chief Operating Officer for K92 Mining and provides supporting consultancy services for Pivot and Mine Training Australia. Warren spent almost five years as General Manager of Eldorado Gold’s White Mountain Gold Mine in the People’s Republic of China. Warren holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mining Engineering from the Western Australia School of Mines and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern Queensland.
Peter Morgan
Program Manager Mining/Surface Mine and High-Risk Trainer
Peter has been working in the mining industry for over 15 years in a FIFO role prior to joining the team at Mine Training Australia. He is a WorkSafe Assessor and delivers high risk training for Forklift and EWP, as well as a range of programs relevant to the mining industry. Peter sets up programs to suit industry including Qualifications in Surface Extraction and Underground Mining as well as our Work Health and Safety Programs.
Melissa Kuhlmann
Program Manager TAE/Trainer and Assessor
Melissa is a dynamic and experienced facilitator and consultant and brings extensive expertise in working with, and developing, teams and leaders. Her passions include cooperative learning and continuous improvement, two of her personal tenets that influence her approach to all aspects of her role.
Craig Leopold
Specialist Underground Mine Trainer
Craig is an experienced underground miner who is a specialist across a range of training areas with a special interest in incident investigations. Craig is an old school miner who has a range of experience across a number of different sites. Participants in Craig’s programs enjoy hearing about the real life experiences that make the training so applicable to their current and future careers.
Ashleigh Uyen
Marketing and Communications Manager
Ashleigh specialises in course content development, marketing and client relationship management. Ashleigh has worked in mining and manages client communication and liaison between Pivot / MTA and our mining clients. Ashleigh thoroughly enjoys the creative side of the development of marketing content and is in charge of the marketing and communication side of the organisation. Ashleigh’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Event Management, and she is currently studying a Graduate Diploma of Psychology with Deakin University.
Bianca Linder-Patton
WSH Program Manager
After 5 years of supporting the team as a contracted project officer, Bianca recently transitioned into the role of Program Manager for Work Health and Safety training at Pivot and Mine Training Australia. Drawing from her rich background in marine science and documentary filmmaking, Bianca brings a unique perspective to her work. With a focus on sustainability, she actively contributes to the expansion of Pivot and Mine Training by coordinating programs and fostering the development of Work Health and Safety students.

Roz has a background in social services and is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to all clients. Roz is a detail orientated professional with a passion for helping individuals achieve their educational goals.

Courtney brings a unique blend of hospitality expertise and a passion for supporting students to her role as a Student Support Officer at Pivot and Mine Training Australia. Having previously honed customer-centric skills in the dynamic world of hotels, Courtney has transitioned seamlessly to fostering a positive and supportive environment for our students.

Clay has experience in mine training and assessment, project management and business development. Clay is a qualified mechanical engineer with a background in professional rugby union. Clay is passionate about how quality education and provide lifetime opportunities.

Zac sets up programs to suit the industry and clients including Qualifications in ADF, Business, Policing, and First Aids as well as our Work Health and Safety Programs. Significant and relevant Qualifications include BA (HRM & AVM); and Dip (Project Management & MBA), with relevant VET based qualifications in Training & Assessment.
