Professional: All trainers and assessors who are delivering and assessing Nationally Recognised Training are required to hold the TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment by 30 June 2013.

Upgrade Cost: TAE Cert IV Upgrade is $380 for the day or $250 for Rapid Upgrade

The TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is the industry standard for trainers and assessors in Australia. This program will ensure that graduates can deliver plan, prepare, deliver and evaluate deliver quality training in their areas of expertise, and to conduct competency based assessment in a range of contexts.
All trainers and assessors who work in or for registered training organisations in Australia and wish to work without supervision, are required to have their TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment by 1 July 2013.
It is aimed at individuals who are engaged to train other members of their organisation in any operational or managerial tasks, be it in any industry or organisational setting.
No previous knowledge or experience needed except for reasonable language, literacy and numeracy skills.
Candidates must successfully complete all of 10 units.
